Allied Diseases Association, Inc. (NTSAD) is a 501 (c) (3) registered charity
recognized by the Internal Revenue Service.
All funds raised are used to
help families in need attend the Annual Family Conference.
The Annual Family Conference
is a unique event where families experiencing Tay-Sachs and similar fatal
diseases are able to gather in a safe and supportive environment to develop the
skills necessary to care for their children and to cope with their difficult
journey.
Heartfelt, sincerest thank you to NTSAD and the Helping Hand
Grant for the scholarship that made it possible for my husband and me to attend
the April Family Conference. Words cannot tell you how much it meant, being again with our
Tay-Sachs Family, and feeling that we are not facing the disorder
alone.
