NTSAD Keepsake Bracelet
National Tay-Sachs & Allied Diseases Association is a nonprofit health organization dedicated to the treatment and prevention of Tay-Sachs, Canavan and related genetic diseases, which include all the lysosomal storage diseases and leukodystrophies. NTSAD is committed to providing information and support services to individuals and families affected by these disorders, as well as the public at large. The strategies for achieving these goals include family support services, research, public and professional education, carrier screening and advocacy. The NTSAD keepsake bracelet was designed to celebrate the many achievements that have occurred during its 50 year history. The bracelet consists of five sets of Swarovski crystals which represent each decade of NTSAD - with the three crystals in each set symbolizing compassion, hope and progress - the dreams of the founding parents.
